does the booth need power or wifi?

Nope. Our booth is entirely self-sufficient, so no outlets, no WiFi, no hassle. It runs on its own power source and prints instantly without needing an internet connection.

can the booth be setup outside?

Absolutely! The PRONTO BOOTH was born for open-air settings. Think garden parties, rooftop soirées, and desert retreats. That said, it does need to stay dry. For a full rundown of our weather policy, shoot us a message, and we'll get back to you with details.

Do you travel?

Yes! While we’re based in Austin, we’re happy to bring PHOTO PRONTO out of town for special events. Travel fees vary based on distance. If your party is outside the city, let’s chat, and we’ll give you a quote.

How do guests get their strips?

Instant prints, like the old days, but better. Every session prints two photo strips on the spot, so no one has to fight over them. After the event, you’ll also get a digital gallery of every photo taken, plus gifs.

Can we get extra prints?

Each session prints two photo strips instantly, perfect for guests to take home. If you’d like a complete set of every strip captured during your event, our guest book service ensures you won’t miss a single moment.

How long does setup take?

We need at least two hours for setup and breakdown. If your venue has tricky access (like stairs or a long walk from parking), we’ll need extra time. The booth requires a level surface and a footprint of at least 30”x60” to operate smoothly.

What if something goes wrong during my event?

We’ve designed PHOTO PRONTO to be ultra-reliable, but if any issues come up, a team member is always on call and ready to assist. If you’d like an onsite attendant for extra peace of mind, we can add that to your package.

what’s included with custom strip design?

You’ve got two options here. For minimal customizations, we offer a selection of templates, where we’ll personalize the text to match your event (names, dates, logos, monograms — whatever you want). If you’re looking for something one-of-a-kind, our team can create a fully-custom strip design for an additional fee.

what are my options for custom signage?

You’ve got two places to make your mark:

  • The Exterior Poster (17”x22”) – Send us your own design, or have our team create one from scratch.

  • The Lightbox Sign – Typically, it says "PHOTOS," but we can swap it out for your name, a favorite phrase, or whatever fits your event’s vibe.

I already have a photographer. Why do I need a photo booth?
